In the event that such measures are taken, you shall be liable for any additional administrative and/or court costs.

In the event that a product that is under manufacturer warranty requires repair or replacement, 1st Canadian Medical Supplies & Equipment is able to assist in the coordination of repairs with the manufacturer in question.
